the room was very clean. i found the location convenient, especially for catching the ferry the next day. the staff were pleasant and helpful (made everything easy).
i found that only one small pillow was provided per person, which wasn't quite enough for me.

the room seemed neglected! i noticed the tv wasn't working, and its base was broken. also, the bathroom tile cleanliness was seriously lacking. it bothered me a lot. i think they should maintain these things better.
